Our refund and transfer policy may vary depending on the event, experience or booking purchased. Some events are hosted in partnership with third-party organisers and are subject to their own Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Where this applies, the relevant terms will be clearly displayed on the individual event booking page before you complete your purchase. These event-specific terms take precedence over this general Refund & Transfer Policy and may include bookings that are non-refundable.

For Drake & Morgan-operated events, the following policy applies unless otherwise stated.

To request a refund, please log in to your account using the link provided in your booking confirmation email and follow the instructions.

Where eligible, refund requests must be submitted during the applicable 14-day cooling-off period, unless otherwise stated in the relevant event-specific Terms & Conditions or where statutory exceptions apply.

Once a refund has been approved and processed, please allow 5–7 working days for the funds to be returned to your original payment method. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.Where applicable, booking transfers may be available, subject to the Terms & Conditions of the specific event or experience. Please contact our team to discuss the options available.

If we need to cancel or significantly alter an event, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to an alternative event, where available.
