  • Is there a dress code?

    We operate a smart casual dress code, trainers and hats included.

  • Can I get a refund for my ticket?

    • Refunds or transfer policy is event specific, please speak to our lovely team for more information.
    • Please log in to your account using the link in your confirmation email to request a refund.
    • Refunds will take up to two working days once initially processed.
  • Will I be allocated to the same table as my friends?

    • We try our best to accommodate requests. Please use our ‘Sit with a friend function’. For group tables we recommend tickets are purchased as one transaction. Please use the name of the ticket purchaser as reference for your booking on arrival
  • Can I have the table I requested?

    We try our best to accommodate requests but please note specific tables or areas cannot be guaranteed.

  • Do you cater for dietary requirements and allergens?

    Before you order your food and drinks, please speak to our staff if you have a food allergy or intolerance. Despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination, we do use allergens in our kitchen and any of our dishes may contain traces of allergens.

  • Is there a cloakroom?

    We do not have designated cloakrooms at our venues, please keep bags to a minimum. Drake and Morgan cannot accept responsibility for any lost items.

  • Are under 18’s permitted at my event?

    This is event specific – please contact the event venue directly

  • Are you dog friendly?

    Dogs are welcome however some of our events may a little loud for fur babies – please contact the venue directly to check in.

  • Do you accept Amex?

    We accept all major credit cards including Amex.

  • Can I bring a cake?

    Cakes are permitted with the approval of your management team prior to the event date. We are not able to store any items. No other external food or drink is permitted

  • Can I decorate the table or area?

    You may bring decorations that are moveable and do not mark any furniture. Please note confetti is not permitted. & we cannot store decorations prior to the event/booking date.
